Introduction
By using this website, you agree to the terms below. Please read carefully before submitting a job request or joining as a service provider.
Our Role
- We are a lead referral platform.
- We do not provide any services directly.
- We connect users with independent service providers.
- We do not guarantee the quality, availability, or outcome of any job.
For Customers
- Posting a job is 100% free and without obligation.
- Service providers who contact you are independent and not employed by us.
- We do not participate in any contract, payment, or agreement made between you and the provider.
For Service Providers
- By registering as a service provider, you agree to receive job alerts and related notifications via SMS and email. You may opt out at any time by contacting us or using provided unsubscribe options. We do not send promotional or third-party offers.
- By signing up, service providers confirm they have the necessary licences, permits, and qualifications required by local laws to perform the services they offer. We do not verify licensing and assume all providers operate within their legal scope.
- We may charge fees for lead access as clearly displayed per lead. We offer no refunds except where stated in our refund policy.
- A valid lead is one that includes accurate contact information and a genuine service request submitted by a real customer. Refunds may be denied if the lead is contactable, the customer has simply changed their mind, or if the job was not won. All refund claims must include a clear explanation and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis within our guidelines.
- We reserve the right to remove or ban any provider for misuse or policy violations.
Refund Policy Summary
- Refunds (usually 50%) may be granted for clearly invalid leads (e.g. fake phone numbers), only if claimed within 24 hours of lead delivery and before the lead is marked as "Aged." Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund.
- Leads marked as "Aged" (24+ hours old) are non-refundable.
Example: If you receive a lead at 10:00 AM on Monday, you must review it and submit a refund request (if applicable) before 10:00 AM Tuesday. If you submit the refund request at 2:00 PM Tuesday β even if the lead was fake β the claim will not be accepted.
This system is in place to ensure that leads are acted upon promptly and fairly for both customers and service providers.
Liability Disclaimer
- We are not liable for any losses, damages, disputes, or outcomes resulting from customer-tradie interactions.
- This applies equally to service providers who may claim financial loss, missed business opportunities, or dissatisfaction with lead outcomes.
- All users acknowledge that we operate solely as a referral platform and do not guarantee results.
- Use of the platform is at your own risk and discretion.

Changes to Terms
